Website scope
These terms concern your use of hackai.live and its founding-member application. The website operator is Actify Automations LLC. A separate membership agreement will govern any workspace membership, including payments, access, cancellation, and use of the premises.
Applying for membership
An application is a request to be considered for the founding-member round. It is not a payment, reservation, lease, or acceptance into membership. Submitting the form does not guarantee a place, a particular office, or a response within a fixed time.
We review applications and contact applicants about next steps. Availability, pricing, start dates, and the membership agreement must be confirmed before you commit.
Prices, availability, and photographs
Listed prices are monthly; office prices are per room. Availability can change. Optional services are separate from the listed membership price unless expressly included. Selecting interest in a private network during the application does not purchase that service.
Photographs identified as historical show the real space at an earlier time. Layout and furnishings may change; photographs are not a promise of a particular desk, room configuration, or item of furniture.
Information you submit
Provide accurate information and professional links you are entitled to share. You retain your rights in your work. Submitting information permits us to use it to review your application and discuss membership, as described in the privacy policy. It does not transfer ownership of your projects to Hack AI Foundry.
Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or disclose someone else’s confidential information.
Responsible website use
Do not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, send malicious files, or use automated submissions to overwhelm the service. The application form is for membership enquiries, not unsolicited advertising.
Events and external websites
Workspace membership is separate from event attendance. Registrations, ticket conditions, and any event payments made through Luma or another provider are subject to that event’s and provider’s terms. Links to other websites do not make Hack AI Foundry responsible for their content or operation.
Availability and changes
The website and application service may be temporarily unavailable. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the form will show an error instead of a receipt. Review any error message before retrying. We may update website information and these terms; a separate signed membership agreement is not amended merely by changing this page.
